Offering specialized care for anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Welcome! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) with extensive training and experience in both mental health counseling and vocational rehabilitation counseling. My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers individuals to overcome challenges and live more fulfilling lives.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults, offering a safe and supportive space to explore life’s difficulties and develop practical strategies for growth and healing. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—a proven method that helps clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, build emotional resilience, and make meaningful changes.
I specialize in helping individuals who are coping with depression, anxiety, substance use concerns, anger management issues, and the effects of domestic violence. Whether you are navigating personal challenges, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions, I am here to support you in developing healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and living.
Together, we’ll work toward your goals—at your pace—so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and balance.

FTES provides individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Our services include mental health counseling, rehabilitation counseling, disability evaluations, and psychological testing.
We specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, anger management, substance use, domestic violence, and stress-related concerns. We also support clients navigating life transitions, relationship issues, and vocational rehabilitation needs.
My primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a well-researched and effective method for helping clients understand and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. I also integrate other evidence-based techniques as needed to best meet each client’s individual goals.
During your first session, we’ll discuss your reasons for seeking counseling, review your background, and begin setting goals for therapy. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and see if we’re a good fit to work together.
The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and needs. Some clients benefit from short-term counseling (6–12 sessions), while others may engage in longer-term therapy for continued personal growth and support.
